The good news: The program I'm working on is moving along swimmingly. Really, it's beautiful, everything and everyone working together, it's an example to all other programs. We're poised to finish this phase of the program at the end of the month, on time and slightly under budget. Did I mention that our fuze board works? Just like it's supposed to?
The bad news: Funding of said fabulous and amazing project has been cut. So basically, we get to finish the tests that we have in progress, and then put all that nicely working hardware into a box, from whence it may never return.
The really bad news: This means that as soon as I finish these last couple bits of documentation, I have nothing left to do.... and my boss is on vacation... for a month. I predict at least one week of utter boredom before I manage to convince someone to let me help with something :P. Blah...
